Refund policy
Returns
Our Return policy lasts 30 days after the purchase date. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, With the original tags still attached.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please contact us within 30 days after you receive your order if you wish to initiate a return or an exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds with items on sale work the same way that items sold normally, If you would like to have a refund on sale items, You would be refunded the exact amount you've paid for the item, regardless of rather the item is still on sale or not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@Goldenstaryoga.com, or call us at and we will be glad to look into exchanging your item. Please keep in mind that you can only exchange similar items.
Shipping a Return/Exchange
To return your product, You will have to email or call us at Support@goldenstaryoga.com, so we can open up and start to process your claim.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless the item arrived to you with imperfections. In that case, will cover the cost of returning or exchanging your item or providing a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Missing Items
Golden Star Yoga, LLC will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items during delivery. After we ship the product, we cannot control what happens while in transit. Usually, almost all of the packages that we ship reach the customer on time and without problems. We cannot predict that this will happen 100% of the time.
If this happens to you, you can contact: Support@goldenstaryoga.com, and we will be glad to look into your claim. Although depending on the circumstances, We may not be able to provide a refund.
